Weight Loss Exercise
Only 5 Minutes a Day



When they hear the word exercise, many people...say UGH!
Exercise is hard work and boring.

What if you discovered an exercise that is fun and versatile and takes a minimum of 5 minutes a day? I have discovered an incredible way to better health & fitness for a weight loss exercise that is great for the whole body. It involves bouncing or jumping. Of course, the 5 minutes are a minimum, so the more often you do this, the better.

If you are like me, exercising is like dieting.........I will start tomorrow. So, now that we have covered a healthy diet solution , let me also introduce a healthy exercise solution.

Try this bouncing exercise that I learned at a John Grey seminar (author of "Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus) that is fabulous for getting that circulation moving and is a great weight loss exercise.

Take a minute right now, especially YOU who sits in front of a computer a lot, and do each step for about 60 seconds.

    Stand and just start to bounce without your feet leaving the floor and while doing this breathe deeper. Have your arms at your side or slightly up, bouncing also.
    Now put your hands in front of you, with palms facing each other and about a foot apart, and start chopping carrots. We are stimulating the lymphatic system, which is cleansing the cells and when the cells start to be cleansed, the liver doesn't have to do it and the liver starts producing enzymes. So, you are going to feel it in a minute...all this aliveness and tingling.
    Now, raise your arms some more and let's pretend we are that guy at the airport directing those planes in with his flashlights. Just keep bouncing and directing those planes. What this does is bring energy and circulation to all parts of the body.
    Now let's pretend we are with our kids at a rock concert. Get those hands in the air and keep bouncing and chopping. When you are doing this, you are burning fat. And when you are burning fat, you never get tired.

WOW! Doesn't that feel great....feel the aliveness....it's very simple.....just 5 minutes a day. It's fat burning and your liver is producing enzymes. Gets the blood into the brain. You have to get good circulation going and you have to have some good nutrients in the morning. Feel good about your life and what you do.

Some mornings when I get up, I don't want to do this. I will stand there and just start to get the circulation going. I motivate myself and I say to myself: "Maryann, what are you here for in this world? You love your children, you love your spouse, you love the world, you love the people that you help.

Imagine if you really believe that as a fact, you can give more, perform better, be a better person....if you did a little of this and you believe this to be true wouldn't you take a few minutes each day? When our brain is not thinking clearly, we forget what is true.

Do you believe that a little more exercise, a little more effort and better relationships and friendships will stimulate health and happiness? This is what you want to remind yourself every morning when you wake up!

We often feel helpless and hopeless. Take at least 5 minutes each and every day upon waking to bounce and be grateful. When we feel better, we have more of ourself to give, so we can have a world of love, fairness, happiness and health.

Remember, if you are one of those people that doesn't like to exercise, do this because it is a tremendous health advantage, a tremendous weight loss exercise and so simple!
