I do not think aging is natural, normal or inevitable, but rather is a result of choices we make in our lives. At any moment in time, you are either aging or rejuvenating. There is no standing still. You are either going one way or the other depending on the food choices you make.

Food is our greatest drug. It can either be used incorrectly and cause great problems or when used correctly, will significantly help to protect our health.

It is also hard to ignore the fact that obesity is reaching epidemic proportions, even though we have access to the finest medical care, fitness facilities, diet books, natural foods and more. All the tools and knowledge we could possibly want are within our reach, many are gaining weight at an all time record high.

Recent studies have shown that by eating well and exercising moderately we can significantly reduce the risk of developing diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and a host of other chronic degenerative diseases. When you add cellular nutrition to this healthy diet and a modest exercise program, you give yourself the absolute best chance of protecting your health or regaining your health if you have already lost it.
