It brings you a nice amount of muscle building proteins along with all the antioxidants blueberries are bringing. Researchers at the USDA Human Nutrition Center (HNRCA) have found that blueberries rank #1 in antioxidant activity when compared to 40 other fresh fruits and vegetables. Antioxidants help neutralize harmful by-products of metabolism called "free radicals" that can lead to cancer and other age related diseases. Anthocyanin -- the pigment that makes the blueberries blue -- is thought to be responsible for this major health benefit.

Blend all ingredients.
PEANUT BUTTER CUP SHAKEAdd all ingredients to your blender or large food processor. Blend on highest speed until smooth, about 10 seconds. Scrape sides of blender and turn on blender for 5 seconds more. Pour into three glasses and enjoy! Serves 3
