I don't have to tell you how important it is to start your day right. A healthy breakfast will set the tone for the rest of the day! If you start the day with low glycemic foods, you will be working towards a healthy diet solution.

Let me ask you, "What does the word breakfast mean? It is a fast of a period of time where you don't eat and that is usually nighttime. During the night, we might be dreaming of eating, but in all reality, we are "fasting" while we sleep. So when do we break that fast?? In the morning, naturally with Breakfast!

In today’s world, we break that fast with fast food from the Drive-thrus, we have donuts, bagels or we just skip Breakfast all together. And skipping breakfast doesn't help people maintain a healthy weight. In fact, someone who skips breakfast tends to eat more calories throughout the day.
