Fruit Dessert Recipes


FRUIT SALAD AND SAUCE

Use this sauce for any fruit salad you put together.

3/4 cup diced kiwi1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
1/2 cup low-fat/sugar-free vanilla flavored yogurt
2 tablespoons thawed frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

For thicker sauce, mash kiwi with a fork and stir together all ingredients together.
For thinner sauce, put in blender.

Best if used within 24 hours

Makes about 1 1/2 cups
