Can you guess what the most important word
has to do with diet and nutrition??

A CELL!!!
What do you think of when you read that word?
What usually comes to mind first is, where prisoners are incarcerated!
Think about it.....A cell is a building -- block of life. Just a play on words there!

You can be incarcerated in a prison of unhealthy choices and the cell will die and cause degenerative diseases. Or you can treat the cell with respect and admiration for the miracle it is by giving it a healthy diet and nutrition. When the cell is protected and nurtured, it can bring true health and longevity.

Our cells are undergoing damage as a result of foods which continually spike our blood sugar at every meal. And with the rise of obesity and diabetes, we are in a health care crisis. It is urgent for us to be an example and a role model for our children and our families.

So what is this "cell"ular nutrition? Cellular nutrition in a nutshell, is simply providing all the nutrients to the cell at optimal levels. You don't get nutrients from the junk foods, processed foods, all the foods that spike your blood sugar and so forth. Eat the correct foods to renew the cells. Those cells are starved for nutrients. In addition to healthy, tasty food, we must optimize those "cells" with a pharmaceutical grade multi-vitamin and mineral supplement.

Here is a good comparison on diet and nutrition of today. Do you know how many oranges you would have to eat today to equal one orange from the early 1900's? You would need to eat 8!

And do you know why that is? Because of the fertilization methods, the vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants are no longer in the soil. If they are not in the soil, they are not in our food. And if they are not in our food, our cells are not getting what they need. So, even if you are a healthy eater and feel you have a good diet and nutrition, you still must optimize with a pharmaceutical grade supplement.

How do you take supplements? Like a drug when you feel sick? No, just like you would take food. You need to take supplements in the same way, every day, for life - 2 to 3 times per day.

The best analogy I know is that our bodies are made up of a hundred trillion cells. Every hour those cells renew and divide and what they are looking for is vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants to renew and divide correctly. Now your cells are very smart, if the vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants are not available, your cells will substitute... and this is what causes degenerative diseases.


Anyone that tells you to take a 1 a day multi-vitamin....you simply can't! Just like you can't survive on 1 meal per day and be healthy. There is no way that you could get all the nutrition you need for one day in one pill. Even if you could, you wouldn't be able to swallow a pill that big.

Still feel skeptical? Surprisingly, I use to be very skeptical. However, on my path of health research of diet and nutrition, nearly every credible "natural health" book I read, recommends a high quality supplement.

When you have so many credible doctors suggesting to take a high quality vitamin, what is the issue? Do you sell your health to the lowest bidder? If you are still skeptical, do the research yourself.

After 20 years, the American Medical Association (AMA) has completely reversed its previous anti-vitamin stance and now encourages all adults to supplement daily with a multiple vitamin for a good diet and nutrition. Trouble is, most doctors don't know what vitamins to recommend!
